Pullout couch in Living Room, Linens included. Outdoor Shower.  Rent alone or with "sister" cottage located at 24 Follins Pond Road to accommodate family or friends. Pet may be allowed with permission from owner. 

3 night Minimum rental during the shoulder season, 7 Night (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer season.
