Welcome to Cape Cod! The Foran Realty Guest Services team is ready to help make your vacation a memorable one. We are longtime year round residents and are happy to share our knowledge of this special place with you. Looking for recommendations on what restaurant to dine at, what beaches to visit, attractions to see or things to do, just ask! We will let you know what the “locals” recommend!   • What time is Check in and Check out?

    Check in is after 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Our office is open until 5:00. In the event you are going to be a late arrival please give us a call and we will leave your welcome package along with your keys in our Late Arrival box outside out front door. Check out is 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Please return your keys to our office which opens at 9:00. In the event no one is here, simply put them in our drop box outside our front door. We hope you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you again soon!

  • What happens if we arrive after the office closes?

    In the event you are going to be a late arrival please give us a call and we will leave your welcome package along with your keys in our Late Arrival box outside out front door.

  • How do we get our keys?

    Keys are to be picked up at our office which is located at 543 Main Street (Route 6A) Dennis, MA 02638 any time after 2:00 on the day of your arrival. You will also receive a welcome email from us a few days prior to your arrival with other important information.

  • Are linens provided with my rental?

    Unless clearly spelled out Linens (Sheets and Towels) are not included with your rental. Owner will provide a pillow for every head and a blanket for every bed. Foran Realty does offer Linen Rentals if you prefer not to bring them with you from home. Please contact the office as soon as possible to reserve linens for your stay. We offer free pick-up and delivery to Foran Realty guests.

  • Who do I call if there is an issue with my rental during our stay?

    If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency please call 911 then Foran Realty. If you have any issues with your accommodations during your stay please call our office at 508-385-1355. In the event it is after business hours please call or text our on call Guest Services Representative at 774-212-4548. If there is no answer a member of our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

  • How do I get a beach pass?

    Beach Passes are not included with your rental. You can pay daily to park at the beach or you can purchase a weekly pass at Town Hall in the Town that your rental is located to get a beach pass. We are happy to provide you with the specific address, just ask!

  • How do I reserve for next summer?

    We reach out to our homeowner’s right after Labor Day each year to begin the following years rental process. Once the owners have returned their rates and availability to us we will reach out to guests from this year and offer you the same week for next year first before opening it up to the public.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    In the event the Guest cancels his/her lease prior to occupancy, the deposit may be refunded, less a handling fee of 12% of the total rent, excluding additional fees (Processing and Insurance Products) charged at time of booking, if and when the property is re-rented for the same time period. In the event the premises cannot be re-rented for the full value paid by the Guest, the refund shall be reduced by the difference of the two rents. In the event the unit is not rented, the deposit shall be retained by the owners. This loss can be avoided if Rental Guardian Trip and Travel Cancelation Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancelation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. Foran Realty does NOT issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, or power outages, but Rental Guardian Trip and Travel Insurance does provide some protection against these instances.
